Cheese Burger Baby started as a local favorite back in 2001 when Stephanie Vitori, known as “The Queen of South Beach”, a former delivery driver, took the reins. With a focus on quality and community empowerment, it has grown into a staple for celebrities and tourists alike.

From hurricanes to heartbreaks, when Miami's first responders, hospital workers, and neighbors needed a lift, we didn’t think twice. We fired up the grill and got to work.
Over the years, we’ve served burgers to survivors, heroes, and everyday warriors — through hurricanes, Surfside, COVID-19, and everything in between.
Now, with the Hamburgers for Heroes Fund, we keep that promise alive: real food, real comfort, right when it’s needed most.
Because here, a burger isn’t just a meal — it’s a lifeline.
