REFUND POLICY

At Cheese Burger Baby, we’re committed to serving up great food and great vibes — every time! We understand that sometimes plans change, so here’s how our catering refund policy works:

✅  Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all catering orders.

  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled event date.

🔄  Cancellation & Refunds

  • Full refund of your deposit if you cancel 7 days or more before your event date.

  • 50% refund of your deposit if you cancel 3–6 days before your event date.

  • No refund if you cancel within 48 hours of your event — but we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible!

🎉  Changes to Your Order

  • We’re happy to adjust your headcount or menu up to 72 hours before your event — just reach out!

  • After that window, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

⚡ Refunds for Non-Delivery

  • If Cheese Burger Baby is unable to fulfill your catering order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you’ll receive a full refund of any amount paid.
